I don't know about U but I luv to mess around with my pictures and use fun editing applications. Here r a list of some of my favs. i put the Pro & Con of each app and the best part is that all of them are free~!

Aviary Photo Editor-
I'm sure most of u know about this one and also have it this is the basic type
Pros-
good for the basic
brightness
saturation
hue
contrast
blemishes(makes skin smooth)
whitening(teeth)

Cons-
not many frames
frames r very boring
Not many stickers
For the text thing there is only one type of handwriting

Snapseed-
Can make pictures look more professional and you have more control over what u want I luv this one I really recommend this one

professional look

Cons-
Not many effects
Not many farms

Visage Lab-
Its like putting make up on ur photo

It's does everything in just a couple of seconds

The hair part is messed up-if u try to change the color black it will look green-

So many different unique fun frames must have  I have no cons for this

so many different effects again no cons for this
